Returns
Returns may be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number along with photos of the item, and we'll work quickly to make it right.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
